How It Works
- Submit your claim. Provide your order number, receipt number, or upload proof of purchase.
- Choose your knife. Replace, swap, or trade up to an eligible available model.
- Receive approval. We’ll verify your purchase and email payment instructions.
- Get your replacement. No need to send your current knife back.
Use It Again and Again
FORGED FOR LIFE may be used an unlimited number of times by the original purchaser with proof of an approved purchase. A $19.98 shipping and handling fee applies to each approved claim.
If your original model is unavailable or discontinued, you may select a comparable available model. Any price increase for a higher-priced model is your responsibility.
